Nicolas is a theater, film & TV director based in NYC. He has worked on and off Broadway and in regional theaters across the US.  His work is highly stylized, physical, and darkly comedic. The Miracle Twerker springs from his love of comedy, adventure stories, and classic movie musicals.



Director of Photography

Richard is a multidisciplinary artist whose primary focus is filmmaking. In addition to the roles he has served on award winning narrative films, documentaries, and music videos he has written technology and film reviews, contributed original artwork for album covers, and has had sculptural installations throughout the New York area.




Lily is an editor based in New York City. Most recently, she was an Editor and Post Production Supervisor on the television comedy "Half Life".  Her previous work includes the short film "Emma Without Edmund" (also with Nicolas Minas), the TV comedy "Maturity", and the short film "One Sweet Night."




Kat is a DC raised & NYC based writer/producer. Kat has produced two feature films, multiple commercials, music videos, and promotional spots.  Kat is interested in producing content that connects audiences to characters that they may never otherwise empathize with and telling boundary-pushing stories that are rare, bold and brave-- like THE MIRACLE TWERKER!



Costume Designer

Danica is a New York based costume designer and theater artist. Her designs can be described as fantastical, and crafty. Her instincts and influences come from a background in different styles of performing including ballet and figure skating. Danica combines a love of story telling, creativity, and psychology to use clothing as narrative tool.



Movement Director

Ephrat “Bounce” Asherie, a 2016 Bessie Award Winner for Innovative Achievement in Dance, is a New York City based B-girl, dancer, and choreographer. Her work explores the expansive narrative qualities of various street and club styles including breaking, hip hop and house, as a means to tell stories, develop innovative imagery, and find new modes of expression.

Amelia Modlin


Production Designer

Amelia Modlin is a New York City based three dimensional Designer.  She works primarily in the Film/Television industry as a production designer, Art Director, and project manager, though she has also worked in Theatrical Set Design and Event Design. She graduated with a BFA from the School of Visual Arts with a major in Visual and Critical Studies and a concentration in 3D Design. With a well-rounded background in 2D and 3D Design as well as Fine Art, Art History, Art Theory, Architecture, movement and acrobatics, she is able to approach design from many vantage points; this diverse background helps her design with a UNIQUE voice and the highest quality execution.  She has worked as the Art Director for the TV show "Billy On The Street," and "Fire Island."

Briana Reed



Briana studied at The Juilliard School and was a Principal Dancer at The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Briana has served on the dance faculty at The Harlem School of the Arts and teaching master classes through Educational Performance Tours New York. Most recently she choreographer "Truth and Reconciliation: Womyn Working It Out!" directed by Tonya Pinkins.   She has performed on Good Morning America, ELLEN, Carmen and Geoffrey, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for designer Tracy Reese, NETFLIX The Get Down, NHL Hockey Sonnet and 2016 MTV VMAS with Beyoncé. She also plays the role of Carla.

Jessica DiMari


Music Composer/Music Superviser

Jessica DiMari is an internationally recognized composer based out of Brooklyn. She received a 

B. Mus. in Music Composition from The Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College with Magna Cum Laude honors. Jessica has scored soundtracks for various media. Her score for the short film Klaus landed her a National Board of Review Award nomination. Her concert music has premiered in Tokyo, Japan, St. Petersburg, Florida, at Roulette Intermedium, ShapeShifter Lab, Gallery MC, Baruch College, Brooklyn College, The Brooklyn Museum, The Queens Museum, Poindexter Hall at Mississippi University, three International Electroacoustic Music Festivals, and received radio airplay in Cuba. She holds the Kadish Millet Composer Award, Morton Feldman Composition Award, is an  Alumni Association Scholarship/Award Recipient, a Made in New York Scholarship recipient, and a proud member of Women in Music, the Society of Composers and Lyricists, The International Alliance for Women In Music, ASCAP, and the Audio Engineering Society.

Based in Hell's Kitchen New York City with over 15 years of experience strategizing with clients, preparing creative, communicating proposals, managing budgets, leading teams, and working firsthand on projects.

Christopher Tulysewski


Props/Special Effects

Christopher Tulysewski is a theater scenic and props designer based out of Los Angeles. Recent set design credits include Jesus Christ Superstar and Pride and Prejudice for Cape Fear Regional Theatre. Christopher was formerly the Chair of Performing Arts at Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles where design and directing credits include Rent, Urinetown, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Mary Zimmerman’s The Arabian Nights. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, he spent ten years in New York City where credits include set designs for Rogers & Hart’s Dearest Enemy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream for Sonnet Repertory, and worked for Fox Theatricals on the development of Legally Blonde the Musical for Broadway.

Giovanni Alfonzetti



Giovanni is a NYC based cinematographer, photographer, and director who has a passion for telling stories. Most recently he's shot several short films including "Rubberneck", which continues to do well in the festival circuit, and a narrative episodic series "2Some", about two stay at home dads and the lengths the go to to cope with their dull lives, was recently accepted into the 2018 New York Television Festival. He is currently in

 pre-production on an episodic documentary series and several short films.

Lisa M. Buchanan


Sound Effects Editor, Dialogue Editor  and Sound Mixer

Lisa entered the world of production and post-production sound, working on narrative films, podcasts, and animated shorts after studying Communications at Quinnipiac University. She took a break to rescue and train dogs, then decided to make the jump to picture editing and received her MFA in Post Production at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema. ​Although based in Brooklyn, NY, Lisa can often be found returning to her hometown of New Haven, CT to hang out with her sister's dogs.

Kirstin E. McNary

Kirstin E. McNary is a picture editor based in New York City. She brings 

unique storytelling skills and an ability to pull the best moments from hours of footage to both short form and documentary projects -- talents honed as a reporter and producer for ABC, CBS & Fox. She holds an

MFA in Post Production from Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema in Brooklyn, New York.
